灾难面前 中俄完美诠释伙伴关系

中新社莫斯科五月二十六日电 (记者 田冰)五月二十五日，一架俄罗斯米-二六重型运输直升机经过连续飞行，从俄罗斯远东的哈巴罗夫斯克飞抵四川绵阳机场，参加抗震救灾工作。

　　这是俄罗斯紧急情况部派出的首架支援中国震区的大型运输直升机，任务是转运重型技术装备和参加地震造成的堰塞湖排险。该型直升机外挂重量二十吨，起飞自重五十吨，系世界上装载量最大的直升机。

　　自五月二十四日起，根据俄罗斯总统梅德韦杰夫的命令，俄国防部向四川灾区派出十二架次运输机，运送二百五十余吨救灾物资，包括二十三辆战地炊事车、三百顶可容纳两万余人的大型军用帐篷、三千多件防寒服及其它灾区急需物资。机上还搭载了西伯利亚军区的专家，他们将负责救援物资的存放和指导受灾群众使用相关物资。

　　四川“五一二”大地震发生当日，俄总统梅德韦杰夫和总理普京即分别致电中国国家主席锦涛和国务院总理温家宝，向灾区人民表示慰问，并表示将提供必要援助。随后，俄紧急情况部一周内即向中国地震灾区出动七架次伊尔-七六运输机，运送帐篷、被褥、食品、药品及发电机等近一百五十吨人道救援物资，还派遣了经验丰富的救援队、流动医院和医疗队参与搜救和救治工作。在所有国家中，俄第一个向四川灾区捐助物资，第一批派出救援队和医护人员。俄救援队找到并成功救出一名被掩埋一百二十七小时的妇女，是从废墟下救出幸存者的唯一一支外国救援队。

　　五月二十三日，梅德韦杰夫作为中国受灾后访华的首位外国元首在同锦涛主席会谈时，再次对四川大地震造成重大生命和财产损失向中国政府和人民表示同情，承诺俄将继续向中国地震灾区提供援助，同时代表俄政府邀请四川灾区一些中小学生到俄罗斯康复疗养。

　　在五月十九日至二十一日中国全国哀悼日期间，俄国家杜马副主席、俄军总参谋长、副外长、莫斯科市长等官员、上下院议员以及社会各界人士二百多人前来使馆吊唁，还有上百封慰问函电发到使馆，一致表示俄罗斯人民对此次灾难感同身受，将与兄弟般的中国人民站在一起，给予中方强有力的精神支持。

　　许多俄罗斯民众或积极参加当地华人华侨、留学生组织的赈灾捐款活动，或专程来到中国驻俄使馆捐款，出现了许多感人场面。一个叫科斯佳的中学生转交了装有一百欧元的信封，封面上用尚不熟练的中文写着“献给中国四川地震灾区”；有的老人腿脚不便，在别人搀扶下赶来捐款；年仅七岁的小姑娘卡佳在爷爷的陪伴下来到中国使馆，将自己平日积攒在储钱罐中的七百枚硬币共一千零七十卢布全部捐献给素昧平生的中国灾区小朋友，以此表达她的爱心与祝愿，令在场的每一个人为之动情。

　　俄新社在《中国，挺住》一文中写道：“在这个生死交织，人神共泣的时刻，我们愿共同分担这份痛楚，愿共同祈祷生命的希望。我们愿以杯水之力，尽寸尺之能，和中国人民站在一起”。灾难面前，俄罗斯政府和人民用行动对中俄战略协作伙伴关系作出最好的诠释。
